Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges To be eligible for a refund or exchange of an item, the buyer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to return it at their expense (Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code). www.boutique.france-galop.com will proceed with a full refund of the amounts paid (excluding shipping costs) upon receipt of the products or as soon as the return of the products is confirmed. The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the order, unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and www.boutique.france-galop.com. In the case of an item exchange, www.boutique.france-galop.com will send the new product as soon as the item to be exchanged has been returned to www.boutique.france-galop.com or upon proof of shipment by the customer. www.boutique.france-galop.com reserves the right to request that the buyer contribute to the shipping costs for the new shipment.
